I would like to recommend to you Elaine Betts. She organized my office as well as my work day. I found her services very useful and particularly liked her approach to how my office should be organized.
She started with my workday, the things I had to do and the things I had to get to. Within hours, mountains of files and data were sorted, color coded and rearranged, and my office completely rearranged.

I have worked with two organizers in the past four years. The first did a pretty good job of creating a filing system but it needed revision for lifestyle changes that have occurred since then. Last March I hired someone but she just put things away -- she did not help me get a system and some of her efforts backfired. She created duplicate files, misplaced some items and stuck a lot of documents in a box without explanation. Elaine, without judgment and with a gentle smile on her face, came into my home office, pulled the overstuffed files out of their credenza, sat on the floor and sorted out my life's documentation. She gave each kid a color, gave urgent matters a color and a place. She knew what to archive and made valuable suggestions for my irreplaceable items.
Elaine says we are only starting and that she has more ideas in store. She wants to help organize my database of prospects. I guess post-it notes are not quite the most efficient way of keeping track!! I know it will be gradual, but I trust her now and am very happy to say that my anxiety level is also way down.

I was a bit embarrassed at first to have you come into my very “expressive” office with papers and things all over the place. While I am very organized with my clients, but office had taken a beating over the years. You were awesome with me and got down to business right away. You helped, guided and held my hand throughout the process. The best piece was that you were “hands-on”, but also gave me a map of how I could move forward to create the office space I really wanted.
